HELLO AND WELCOME TO MY SILVER STREET AND THE SILVER TRAVEL COMPANY.
Thank you so much for joining me here, and I look forward to sharing many wonderful stories with you.
My Silver Street was borne in a time when I was living in a new country, far from home, community, history, anything familiar for that matter, trying to find my place in a difficult time.
It has not been a simple, or comfortable journey, but it has been an amazing journey, the My Silver Street journey. My Silver Street represents the time I find myself in now, a ‘street’ of Silver where, in the wandering, some doors have opened, some closed, some still waiting to explore, and the life stories that lie within the path.
I am a Travel Director of ‘The Silver Travel Company’, specialising in bespoke itineraries to London, and England. I am also a London Tour Guide, working with the lovely Emma from Coutours where we offer educational, engaging and entertaining public and bespoke walking tours to clients from all over the world. Historian, passionate about English, French and Italian garden designs, lover of the Arts and flâneuring around Paris. I call myself lucky to call London my home.
Starting the sixth decade, I am more resilient, bolder and excited about what lies ahead.

Grew up in the heartland of South Africa, live between London and Cape Town, and always finding time to be in Paris. Travelling, creating journeys and events, skipping after the words and being there for those I love.
For all the mature women who will settle for nothing less than living an empowered and romantic life, forever curious, forever young at heart.
We have so much to be grateful for and so much to look forward too.
